We recommend reaching out at least 3–5 days ahead for group drink orders and 48+ hours for large ice requests when possible.

Menu-priced drinks however you want them. Bulk discount on the drink order: 20% at $100+ · 15% at $75+ · 10% at $50+ (20% max). Order and pay online — no event staffing fee.
Drop-off delivery
We bring it to you — fee by distance.
Same drink order as pickup, plus a delivery fee by distance from our store — $15.00 to $50.00. Order and pay online. Delivered by Straws.
On-site service
We stay and serve at your event.
$500.00 minimum or your menu drink total — whichever is higher. Tell us people and drinks per person; the estimator does the math.

FAQ
How far in advance should I order?
For group drink orders, 3–5 days is ideal. For bulk ice or very large events, a week or more is best. Call us if your event is sooner — we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
What are the three catering options?
Pickup bulk: order anything from our full menu — 10% off at $50+, 15% at $75+, 20% at $100+ on the drink order (max 20%). Pay online when you order. Delivery: same drink order plus a $15–$50 fee by distance from our store (DoorDash mileage pricing), delivered by our Straws team. On-site: $500 minimum for us to come serve; larger orders are menu-priced.
Do you deliver through DoorDash?
No — catering delivery is handled by our Straws team. You get the same bulk drink order and spend-based discount as pickup, plus a delivery fee by distance ($15–$50, calculated from our store).
How is on-site catering priced?
On-site service is the greater of a $500 minimum or your menu drink total — the estimator compares your headcount and drinks per person to real menu prices. Bigger orders are menu-priced (ingredients included). We handle flavors and prep.
Is there a minimum order?
We don't publish a strict minimum online — it depends on date, menu, and prep time. Submit the form or call and we'll quote your event.
Can you accommodate custom flavors for the whole group?
Yes. We can prep a set menu of house favorites or mix it up. Tell us your crowd size and preferences when you reach out.
Do you sell ice only without drinks?
Yes — bagged premium pebble ice is available in-store. Call ahead for large quantities so we can have bags ready.
