Do I need an app?
No. Your phone number is the card. Add Straws to your home screen if you want one-tap order — same site, not an App Store download. Texts are optional; reply STOP anytime.
Can I gift a friend?
Yes. Make a cookie link and send it. They redeem it with their drink — you cannot use your own gift.
How do I check my punches?
