Franchise & company growth

Two ways in. Same standard.

Most people who want Straws to grow don’t want to run a soda shop. We open the next locations and operate them. Some people do want to own and operate — that’s a franchise conversation.

This page is for general information only. It is not an offer to sell a franchise, and it is not an offer to sell securities. A franchise can only be offered through a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with applicable federal and state law. Any ownership or capital interest would be offered only through appropriate legal documents to qualified people, if at all. We welcome conversations to explore fit and next steps.

Dirty sodas the right way.

Real flavors. Torani Puremade. Fresh fruit.
Foam cups. Stays colder. No frozen hand.
Bigger pours. 44 oz is our large.

Preferred

Company-owned growth

You provide capital. We pick the site, build the shop, hire the crew, and run it like Batesville.

  • •You do not operate a location. We do the work.
  • •We keep the shops, the recipes, and the standard.

This is not an offer to invest or to buy a share of Straws. Details, if any, come later through proper legal documents.

Company-owned path

Classic franchise

Own and operate

You open a Straws in your market and run the shop. We bring brand, recipes, training, and systems.

  • •Hands-on operator. Community connected.
  • •Hospitality standards. Ready to do one thing right.

This is not an offer to sell a franchise. An offer can only be made through an FDD.

Common questions

What’s the difference between the two paths?

Company-owned growth: you talk with us about providing capital; we open and operate the shops. Own and operate: you open a Straws and run it as a franchisee. Different conversations, different legal paths.

If I go the company-owned path, do I run a shop?

No. We open it. We staff it. We run it. You are not the operator.

Is this an offer to invest?

No. This page is information only — not an offer to sell securities, and not an offer to sell a franchise. We talk with qualified people. Anything further would come through proper legal documents, if at all.

Is this a coffee or smoothie franchise?

No. We just do dirty sodas the right way.

Do I need restaurant experience?

For owning and operating a shop, leadership and local instinct matter more than a restaurant résumé. For company-owned growth, you are not running the shop.

What markets?

Case by case. Tell us where — we’ll be direct.

Fees, amounts, or returns?

We don’t publish figures here. Those belong in legal documents with qualified people — an FDD for operators, and appropriate documents for any capital conversation.

After I submit?

We’ll reach out for a short intro call. No obligation.
