- Where can I get Straws merch?
- Online only right now. Shop here and we ship it. Not at the Batesville window.
- What merch is always available?
- Logo tee, trucker hat, logo hoodie, and sticker.
- Do the colors change?
- Tee, hoodie, and hat come in red, black, and white. The hat’s red is Cranberry. The tee’s red is Comfort Colors Crimson. The hoodie’s red is Lane Seven Paprika — the only red on that blank.
- Who charges my card?
- We do, on this site, through Square. Printify never charges you. We take the money first, then they print and ship.
- How long does shipping take?
- Printify prints after we get paid, then ships from their partner. Most orders leave in a few days. You’ll get a receipt from us and a tracking email when it’s on a truck. A sticker by itself still pays that shipping rate — add it to a shirt if you can.
- Can I return it?
- Print defects — we’ll make it right. Change of mind or size, email team@strawssoda.com and we’ll look at it. Print-on-demand pieces aren’t sitting on a shelf here.
- Does merch count toward rewards?
- Yes. Your mobile number at checkout is your Straws card — same one as the window. Each paid merch order punches it once toward a free 10th drink.
